Dear Alina Raducanu

Thank you for your response.

As you rightly know, why I got in touch with you in this matter is on the basis that I have been searching for relatives of my late client without success, and now since this search has proved abortive and instead to allow the fund be confiscated, as I mentioned in my proposal, or claimed by some unscrupulous persons, I will rather want us to mutually benefit from it.

I, however, apologize for my interference in your private life, as I have written you out of my desire to find a sincere and reliable person who can guarantee the credibility necessary in this regard and with due respect and honor.

Please note that what I want from you is to act as next of kin and beneficiary of this unclaimed estate of my late client.

Tools of the fund should be as soon as this fund is transferred into your bank account, 10% of the total fund will be removed and will be donated to charity and/or the less-privileged organizations as a show of gratitude to GOD for this opportunity and kindness to humanity. The remaining balance of this fund will be share equally by the two of us in a 50:50 percentage basis.

Be advised that I will come over to meet with you in your country as soon as the fund is transferred to your account for the disbursement to our agreed percentage.

Take note that the onus of prove as to kinship/relationship to the deceased as stated by Law of Inheritance is vested on the representative attorney of the deceased and to which I stand to justify you as one. I also want to let you know that I am very willing and ready to back you up with all the necessary paper-work legalities as may be required and to enable you stand this claim as the legitimate/bona-fide next of kin and hence the inherent beneficiary of this estate.

I have done everything possible to trace the relatives of my late client without success. Very worrisome is that most of his properties have been destroyed by local hooligans, and buildings over-fallowed by weeds, because there is no person to care for them. Consequently, the bank invited me and instructed me as his lawyer to find and present to them any of his next of kin for the release of his deposited fund with them. The total amount is US$11.5 Million only. It is after this that I decided to write to you as a namesake, to help me put up claims to this fund as the apparent next of kin and transference to your bank account.

If the fund is left unclaimed, it will be diverted to the treasury of the apex bank as "unclaimed bill", which will eventually end up in the individual and private pockets of the corrupt officials here as is very common all over Africa.

Nevertheless, I will like to emphasize that TRUST and CONFIDENTIALITY are two paramount factors for consideration in order for us to actualize this transaction and achieve desired 100% success. I can assure you fully on my part that as long as I'm working with you, that I will always remain the same.

In the meantime, I will like you to forward the below information me to be presented to the bank as the beneficiary for the release and transfer of this estate. This is very urgent now in view of the deadline issued to the bank.
